I'm sorry...

Some of you may have noticed that my latest book, Accidentally Employed an Incubus, arrived with… well, not a great deal of fanfare from me.

And I’m sorry about that.

The months leading up to its release were a particularly stressful time in my personal life. There was a lot going on behind the scenes, including the illness and passing of someone very dear to me, and for a while I was simply doing everything I could to keep up. Honestly, getting Accidentally Employed an Incubus finished and published on time was about all I had in me.

But I’m incredibly proud of this book, and of Caitlyn, Blaise and Ambrose’s story. It’s funny and chaotic and spicy, and it brings the main Briar Coven story to a close in exactly the way I wanted it to. It deserved a little more shouting about than I managed to give it at the time.

So, a little belatedly: it’s here!
